Virginia Festival of the Wheel

The Virginia Festival Of The Wheel will present the finest display of vintage and classic cars ever assembled in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Benefiting the UVA Cancer Center, this event celebrates the role that the automobile has played in the progress of our state and the passion that car enthusiasts have for its past to the present. 

This will be a two-day event with a Welcome Reception for Participants, Sponsors and invited guests at the Sprint Pavilion on the Downtown Mall Saturday Evening October 6. The auto show itself will be in the Sprint Pavilion on Sunday, October 7. Our goal is to raise significant funds from this event to make a donation to the UVA Cancer Center, which has made such a difference in the lives of those who have received treatment there and are now cancer free. 
Over 80 of the finest classic and collector cars in the region will be presented and judged at The Virginia Festival Of The Wheel. This event will draw over 1,000 auto enthusiasts and their wives and families to Downtown Charlottesville for this weekend and our goal is to provide them with a great experience and share our beautiful City with them. We believe that our merchants on the Downtown Mall will appreciate their presence as well. We can only accomplish this goal with the generous support of firms and individuals who are willing to participate as partners in this event as sponsors, vendors, advertisers or donors to help make this inaugural event a success, which will assure that it will become an annual event.
